Our workshops teach you skills to build your confidence, take control of your mental health and physical health, and feel ready to start the next chapter in your lives.
Interacting with animals, has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) and lower blood-pressure. We use pet therapy to improve social skills, and decrease anxiety during sessions.
We offer lunch & learns, or evening training on stress management, managing grief/loss, self-care/mental wellness, positive communication and more. Available in-person and virtually (via Zoom).
