ABOUT JENNIFER
Jennifer Hayes is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who graduated from the University of Central Florida. She has experience working with diverse populations, including those experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, phase of life changes, needing assistance with stress management, self esteem development and developing healthy coping skills, among the many. She is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and Crisis Intervention Training (CIT).
Jennifer utilizes an eclectic approach including crisis counseling, supportive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and solution focused therapy. Jennifer works in partnership with each client to help achieve their personally identified goals. Jennifer works with teenagers, fifteen and older, and adults and is credentialed with BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, Tricare and Aetna.
PERSONAL TIME & HOBBIES
Jennifer is an avid animal over, and has two cats, Jack & Oliver, and a Husky, Leia. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, a good game of disk golf, kayaking, video games or reading a good book and sitting in the sun.
