Renée is a board-certified counselor and currently works as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Renée earned her master’s degree in Counselor Education with concentrations in College and Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York at Brockport. Renée is new to the area but has lots of experience in coaching and supporting individuals to make changes that help them live their best lives.
Renée really enjoys helping clients better understand themselves and empowering them to learn to let go of what holds them back from feeling fulfilled. She uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach. She often works with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, or phase of life issues such as adjusting to transitions to college, recent graduates, or adults questioning whether they are on the right path.
PERSONAL TIME & HOBBIES
Renée loves to work on creative projects and spend much of her free time outside enjoying the year-round summer weather.
